Adaptive Equipment developed a vision guided robot system for assembling mounting brackets onto brake lines and securing the brackets with a clip. Later models utilize a vision system to pick mounting brackets from an unsorted container, sort the brackets into pickable poses, and then place the bracket onto the brake line. Using this picking method, we eliminated the need for operators to sort the mounting brackets prior to loading the machine.
