Our flagship product is the fully automated, Tribot Plugging System for sealing or closing the ends of a DPF. This system, which can inspect and plug 100,000 to 150,000 channels per hour (up to 400, 5.6" diameter, 200CPSI DPFs per day). The Tribot Plugging System utilizes reliable, multi-point injection plugging technology and proprietary image processing software for face inspection, grid mapping, and plugging path optimization. Full automation, uniform channel plugs, and integrated post-process inspection are three key attributes of our equipment.
