Equipment

Our flagship product is a fully automated system for sealing or closing the ends of a DPF. This system, which can inspect and seal up to 120, 144mm diameter DPFs per day, utilizes reliable, multi-point injection plugging technology and proprietary image processing software for face inspection, grid mapping, and plugging path optimization. Full automation, uniform channel plugs, and integrated post-process inspection are three key attributes of our equipment.
