Experience and Background

Roy Harrell and Ward Simonton, the two principals of Adaptive Equipment, each have Ph.D. degrees in engineering and had collaborated in the industry for 20 years before founding the company in 1994. Since that time, they have led Adaptive Equipment on a wide variety of R&D projects including automotive, electronics, and agricultural applications.
